WATER PURIFIER COMPRISING COOLING APPARATUS

A water purifier comprising a cooling system is provided to cool water rapidly, improve cooling efficiency of water, and suppress multiplication of bacteria in filters by the cooling system. A water purifier(100) comprises: a filter assembly(130) for purifying water that is a purification object; a purified water tank(120) for storing water that has been purified through the filter assembly; a cooling system(140) for cooling water stored in the purified water tank to a predetermined temperature; and a bypass pipe(150) for detouring a portion of water passing through the filter assembly to the cooling system to cool the cooling system by the water. The filter assembly includes a reverse osmotic membrane filter(133). The bypass pipe is connected to the membrane filter. The water detoured to the bypass pipe is wastewater formed in the membrane filter. The cooling system includes a heat sink(142) through which the bypass pipe passes. The cooling system cools the purified water tank as well as at least some filters of the filter assembly. The water purifier further comprises a cooling case(110) for surrounding the purified water tank and the at least some filters of the filter assembly that are cooled by the cooling system.
