A roll packing machine of a rice rolled in dried laver is provided to automatically pack the rice rolled in dried laver on an aluminum foil in a roll shape by putting the aluminum foil cut at a predetermined length on a winding band of a foil roll unit. A roll packing machine(1) of a rice rolled in dried laver includes a foil supply unit(5) and a foil roll unit(6). The foil supply unit includes a foil roll support frame(110) at which a foil roll(100) is rotatably installed by coupling both sides of the foil roll to a foil supporting rotation cap(120) and a foil elasticity supporting rotation cap(130). The foil elasticity supporting rotation cap is installed to be biased toward the foil supporting rotation cap by being elastically supported to a spring.
