<p>The robot work cell has a housing (1) containing an industrial robot (2) and a rotary positioner (30). At least one section of one of the housing sidewalls has an outward bulge (18,20) to provide clearance for the rotation of the robot in operation. The bulges are retractable for transport. The bulges can pivot around vertical axes. The vertical pivot axes can extend in the plane of the respective sidewalls.</p> |
