The invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for the laparoscopic surgery in gynecology after lower laparotomy. The method of carrying out laparoscopic gynecological operations after lower laparotomy consists in that it is made a buttonhole in the paraumbilical region of the abdominal wall, namely in the point of intersection of the inferior margin of the umbilical ring and the median line of abdomen. Then, through it into the abdominal cavity perpendicular to the abdominal wall it is introduced a trocar, it is extracted therefrom the mandrin and it is introduced a laparoscope, it is created the pneumoperitoneum. There are made under visual control buttonholes into two symmetric points, placed 2à3 cm above the transversal cicatrix and 6à8 cm laterally from the median line of abdomen, there are introduced therethrough two trocars for appliances and manipulating instruments, there are necessarily excised the adhesions, there are carried out the required surgical manipulations, there are removed the instruments and there are sutured the buttonholes.
