<p>The invention provides active therapeutic peptides fused to specific IgG4-Fc derivatives. These fusion proteins have an increased half-life, reduced half antibody formation, and reduced effector activity, while not being immnunogenic. The fusion proteins are useful in treating human diseases as well as a variety of other conditions or disorders.</p> |
