The invention relates to medicine and pharmacology, in particular, to providing novel medicaments for the treatment of diseases of urogenital system.The inventive preparation for the treatment of prostrate gland diseases is manufactured as a suppository comprising a complex of bioregulating peptides of prostrate gland of cattle as powder comprising at least 20% of water soluble peptides, an antimicrobal agent, representing an antibiotic or an antiviral preparation, or an antiprotozoal drug, or a mixture of antiviral and antiprotozoal drug taken in 1:1 ratio and a base with the following component ratio, g per one suppository:Complex of bioregulating peptides of prostrate gland of cattle as powder comprising – 0.05-0.4Antimicrobal agent – not more than 0.7Base – sufficient amount for preparing suppository, mass 2.15-2.35 g.Any pharmaceutically acceptable base, e.g., vitepsol, solid fat, cocoa oil can be used as a base for preparing the proposed preparation.The tests have proved high level of organotropic activity and high level of antimicrobic action using said preparation as suppository. |
