The flange (16) has an outer radial annular part (22) applied on a rotor disc (10) for assuring sealing in functioning position. An inner radial annular part (20) assures a support of the flange on a hub (18) of the disc in rest position, and is cut to present support legs (36) on the hub. The legs are uniformly distributed on circumference of the hub, and are separated by hallow parts (34) to reduce 20 percentages of weight of the flange.
