A forced car allocation system using a wireless mobile telecommunication terminal and a method of controlling the system are provided to construct position data of drivers and clients as coordinates and match drivers to clients automatically to improve a matching speed and matching reliability. A forced car allocation system includes a wireless mobile telecommunication terminal(501) having wireless Internet and URL(Uniform Resource Locator) message receiving functions, which is used by a driver, a PC(Personal Computer)(502), a wireless Internet server(506) for drivers, a wired Internet server(507) for a manager, and a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) system for detecting the telephone number of a client and performing ARS(Automatic Response Service) function. The forced car allocation system further includes a position coordinate and electronic map system(514), a driver-client matching system(513), a URL message gateway(510) for transmitting a URL message to a corresponding driver, a wireless Internet page processing system(511) for automatically generating a wireless Internet page, a settlement and management processing system(515), a data access system(512) for storing data, and a database(516). |
