#CMT# #/CMT# The cartridge (700) has a lateral wall presenting electro-magnetic properties for modifying a molecular structure of fuel by the friction of the fuel on internal elements of a solid cylinder (100), where the fuel traverses the lateral wall at the level of a set of openings of the lateral wall. A helix-shaped internal structure (600) hampers the flow of the fuel in a zone defined between the cylinder and a cylindrical wall (703) of the cartridge. The internal structure is constituted of a sequence of discs perpendicular to the cylindrical wall of the cartridge. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for optimizing the fuel consumption of a spark ignition engine associated with a fuel tank. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Cartridge i.e. overhead shield booster, for being positioned in upstream of a spark ignition engine associated to a fuel tank of a vehicle (claimed) i.e. a vehicle with a mobile unit that allows a person or load to move from one place to another place on variable distance. Can also be used for a generator set, a diesel oil boiler and an auto-borer. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The helix-shaped internal structure hampers the flow of the fuel in the zone defined between the cylinder and the cylindrical wall of the cartridge regardless of the circulation conditions, so that high quantity of the fuel traversing the cartridge effectively penetrates in the cylinder for allowing the cylinder to be subjected to chemical and/or molecular weathering.
