<p>Provided is a vaccine composition which comprises: an immunogenically active component selected from the group consisting of a live attenuated, inactivated or killed whole West Nile virus of strain VM-2, VR-82 or VR 1267 or a subculture thereof; an adjuvant comprising an immunostimulating oil; and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Further provided are various formulations of the vaccine, including combinations with other vaccines, methods of treating horses with the vaccine and use of the composition for the manufacture of a vaccine against West Nile virus.</p> |
