(I) is in ready to use form. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The peroxygen salt is persulfates, perborates or percarbonates of alkaline or alkaline-earth metals. The alkaline agent is urea, ammonium salts (preferably ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate or ammonium nitrate), or silicates, phosphates or carbonates of metals alkaline or alkaline-earth. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: (I) comprises the azo dye (a) at 0.001-10 (preferably 0.05-2) wt.%; the peroxygen salt at 20-70 (preferably 30-60) wt.%; and the alkaline agent at 0.01-40 (preferably 0.1-30) wt.%. (I) includes at least an organic inert liquid phase at 5-60 wt.%; and hydrogen peroxide. (I) is anhydrous. Preferred Components: The organic inert liquid phases are polydecene compounds of formula (C 10nH ((20n)+2)), esters including the esters of fatty alcohols or fatty-acids, esters or di-esters of sugar or fatty acids having 12-24 carbon atoms, or cyclic esters, cyclic ethers, silicone oils, mineral oils and/or plant oils.
