<p>A passage block and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to determine easily positions of gaskets by performing diffusion attachment using a gasket supporting member for supporting the gaskets. A passage block includes first and second block members(11,12), and a passage end connecting member. The first block member includes a first connection plane(11b) and plural first apertures at the first connection plane. The second block member includes a second connection plane and plural second apertures(12d) corresponding to the first apertures. The passage end connecting member, which includes first and second passage end connection planes(17a,17b) around the first and second apertures, matches the first and second connection planes, contacts the first and second passage end connection planes, and attaches the first and second passage end connection planes by attaching the first and second connection planes through thermal pressing.</p> |
