A motor is provided to improve noise and vibration characteristics by forming a strength reinforcing rib in a bracket and to secure an insulation distance between the bracket and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A motor includes a stator assembly, a PCB, and an upper bracket(410). The stator assembly has a stator, a mold unit, and an upper open unit. The PCB has a conducting unit on an upper surface and is received at an upper part of the stator assembly. The upper bracket is coupled with the stator assembly to seal the upper open unit of the stator assembly. Strength reinforcing ribs(420) are partially formed on an upper surface of the upper bracket. The upper bracket is formed by pressing metal such as a steel sheet, a steel plate, or a stainless steel plate.
