POLYURETHANE FOAM MOLDING APPARATUS WITH COLOR TONER NOZZLE

A polyurethane foam molding apparatus equipped with a color toner nozzle is provided to automatically paint polyurethane foam with a desired color by spraying colors onto the polyurethane foam through a plurality of color toner nozzles. A polyurethane foam molding apparatus(1) comprises an isocyanate injection nozzle(20) and a polyol injection nozzle connected to an upper end of a mixing chamber(200) to inject raw materials into the mixing chamber. A mixing screw(202) is coupled to a lower end of the mixing chamber to mix the raw materials. The mixed raw materials are input into a mold to form polyurethane foam. The mixing screw is provided with screw blades to evenly stir the raw materials while transferring the raw materials in the downward direction. Three toner nozzles(10) are provided to form desired colors on the polyurethane foam.
