A method and a system of providing information related to a matter of concern of a user are provided to allow a user to receive personalized issue information on which a matter of concern of the user is reflected without setting personal information of the user. Position information of a server which stores a search keyword inputted by a user or information selected by the user is received(S210). A web site corresponding to the position information is accessed with reference to the position information to extract a list of keywords having hits of more than a predetermined number of times, which are included in the contents of the web site(S220). A list of matters of concern of the user is generated with reference to the number of times of inputting the search keyword and the keyword list(S230). The generated list is provided to the user(S240).
