The device has a cornice (1) comprising a rigid branch (7) and a perpendicular branch (6) that are integrated in square, where the cornice is made of plastic, wood or metal. A fixation system i.e. hook part of self-gripping band, fixes the branch (7) on a floor pan, and makes a chock function using the perpendicular branch. The system is glued or attached on the branch (7) of the cornice. Main elements (2, 3) are declined in different dimensions such as length, width and height, for obtaining a compartment in coherence with objects to be blocked.
