The kit has an acrylic print paint bottle, a glycero colorless varnish bottle, a glycero glossy paint bottle and a sprayer type paint hardener bottle with operating instructions to decorate a horizontal surface. The surface is decorated by pouring and spreading the content of the acrylic print paint bottle and the glycero colorless varnish bottle on the surface using a bunny leg type small roller after setting a pair of latex type gloves. A small sponge is imbibed on the glossy paint bottle's content poured in a paint spout box for spreading the glossy paint bottle's content on the surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for decorating horizontal surfaces using an artistic kit.
