The frame has leaves mounted in rotation in a window sash. A sealing joint (4) is placed between the sash and the leaves or between the two leaves. The sealing joint includes a supporting unit (5) supported on a surface (7) of the sash or the leaves, where the unit (5) is in parallel to sliding planes of the leaves. A supporting unit (6) of the sealing joint is supported on another surface (8) of the sash, and is perpendicular to the sliding planes of the leaves. The units (5, 6) are integrated in a sealing band (11) that is fixed in the sash or the leaves.
