The invention relates to a process for obtaining capillary structures with controlled porosity, from sintered powders, as well as to a device needed to produce the same. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing the powder mixture and some substances with high volatilization level, depositing a colloidal graphite layer, onto the active sides of a mould and the core, followed by depositing a soot layer onto the graphite, assembling the mould and the core and filling the same with powders, through the upper side of the mould, closing the last one, at the upper side and vibrating the same, sintering the structure at a sintering temperature and duration that depends on the type of the powder, cooling the mould, extracting the core, evacuating the sintered semiproduct and introducing the same into another mould,m followed by depositing a layer of colloidal graphite on the active sides of the mould and the core, followed by depositing a soot layer onto the graphite, assembling the mould, introducing a second core and the sintered semiproduct, filling the remaining space between the core and the semiproduct with powders, through the upper side, closing the upper side of the mould and vibrating the same, sintering the structure at a temperature and a duration corresponding to the type of powder, as well as cooling the mould, extracting the core and evacuating the semiproduct. According to the invention, the device consists of two cylindrical moulds (1 and 6), assembled with some clamping collars (3, 8) and provided with some upper guide elements (5, 10) and lower guide elements (4, 9).
|
