A washing machine and a washing method using the same are provided to reduce inspecting and repairing time by enabling a user to arbitrarily finish a washing procedure. A washing machine includes a case(1), a coin box(4), a coin box door(7), and a door opening sensor. The case forms an exterior of the washing machine. The coin box is installed on the case. The coin box door opens and closes the coin box. The door opening sensor detects whether the coin box door is opened. A cycle stop button is arranged in the constant box. The cycle stop button forcefully stops the operation of the washing machine. |
