The device has a cylinder cover delimiting a cylinder that forms a combustion chamber, and an aspiration tube (3) supplying fuel/air mixture to the chamber. The tube has a separating wall (4) separating the tube into two air channels (Z1, Z2) on a determined axial length. The separating wall cooperates with an obturation unit (5), where the wall attains a rest position in which the channels are disengaged and an obturated position in which the channel (Z1) is obturated. The unit has a valve (6) curved in the obturation position.
