Erythropoietin solution formulation

Provided is a stable pharmaceutical formulation of erythropoietin containing tris-(hydroxymethy1)-aminomethane as stabilizer, whereby the formulation does not contain amino acids or human serum albumin. Further provided are said formulations with specific buffers, pH ranges and composition proportions.
