A music reproducing system for collaboration, a program reproducer, a music data distributor, and a program producer are provided to connect a sound player, an auto-play musical instrument, and a musical piece data distribution server computer through wire or wireless communication channels and produce a program for collaboration of the sound player and the auto-play musical instrument for playing the combined program. A music reproducing system(100) comprises a sound player(10), an auto-play musical instrument(20), a musical piece data distribution server computer(30), and a communication network(40). The sound player, the auto-play musical instrument, and the musical piece data distribution server computer are connected with the communication network through wire or wireless communication channels(40a,40b,40c). The sound player is connected with the auto-play musical instrument through the wire or wireless communication channels. The sound player converts audio data pieces or audio data codes into tone and/or sound. The musical piece data distribution server computer communicates with the sound player and the auto-play musical instrument on a WWW(World Wide Web). A program is prepared for collaboration of the sound player and the auto-play musical instrument.
