The apparatus has a vibration motor integrated to a vibrating plate (12) for vibrating the plate at a determined frequency, and a pressurized air vessel communicated with air cushions. A compressor provides the pressured air to the vessel for maintaining the pressure of the air in the vessel at the predetermined value, where the value is 2 kilogram per centimeter square. The vessel supplies the air into the cushion at the determined value irrespective to the weight of the user, where the air cushion is disposed under the plate.
