A switching amplification driver for reducing start or stop noises, and an audio amplifier having the same are provided to minimize noises generated by a DC offset voltage when a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) switching amplifier starts and stops. A switching amplification driver for reducing start or stop noises includes a first switching amplification unit(1010), and a second switching amplification unit(1050). The first switching amplification unit amplifies a modulated signal in response to a first enable signal. The second switching amplification unit amplifies the modulated signal in response to a second enable signal. The output impedance of the second switching amplification unit is larger than or equal to the output impedance of the first switching amplification unit. An output terminal of the first switching amplification unit is coupled to an output terminal of the second switching amplification unit.
