A mobile water purifying apparatus with backwashing function is provided, wherein the apparatus can supply large amounts of drinking water as well as industrial water with high quality, has a regenerating unit, is embedded in a predetermined space of a container or the like, and can be monitored remotely. A mobile water purifying apparatus(100) with backwashing function comprises: a multilayered filter(200) in which a filter medium is filled to remove adulterations of raw water; an activated carbon filter(300) in which a filter medium is filled, and micro-pores are formed to remove harmful bacteria and volatile organic compounds contained in water filtered through the multilayered filter; a micro-filter(400) manufactured by molding a porous powder made from filamentous polymer material and firing the molded powder at high temperatures to filter the filtered water passing through the activated carbon filter; transfer pumps(500a,500b) for transferring the filtered water passing through the micro-filter to the water purification unit; a reverse osmosis water purification unit(600) comprising a plurality of membrane filters to pass the transferred water through the membrane filters step by step as a unit for purifying water that has been transferred by the transfer pumps; a regenerating unit for backwashing the membrane filters of the reverse osmosis water purification unit; and a control panel(800) for controlling the entire operation of the apparatus. The regenerating unit includes a backwashing chemical tank(710), a regenerating pump(720), a regenerating filter(730), a wastewater tank(740), and a wastewater discharge pump(750). Further, a unit for injecting chemicals adjusting pH of the purified water through reverse osmosis water purification unit is additionally contained in the mobile water purifying apparatus.
