An apparatus for manufacturing a polyethylene dual wall sewage pipe is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost for the polyethylene dual wall sewage pipe by reducing an installation area of a working line. An apparatus for manufacturing a polyethylene dual wall sewage pipe comprises an input and melting section, a material extruding section, and a rolling section(120). Polyethylene materials are input into the input and melting section such that the polyethylene materials are melted in the input and melting section. The material extruding section includes a die(111) for extruding the melted material in the downward direction, and a guide member(113) for guiding the extruded material contained in the die. The rolling section includes a plurality of rollers(121) for winding the extruded materials in the form of a pipe.
