PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data from being stolen when a client itself to be connected to a communication system is stolen. SOLUTION: The client 3 for storing radio LAN card ID for identifying a normal radio LAN card and client ID for identifying the client 3 itself transmits information such as the client ID to office servers 1A, 1B or a head office server 2 through an external access point 1AI, 1BI, 2I, 1AE, 1BE, or 2E when the radio LAN card ID of an inserted radio LAN card coincides with the stored radio LAN card ID. When the transmitted information is transmitted from the normal client 3 and the transmitting place and time are not illegal, the office servers 1A, 1B or the head office server 2 permits the start of the client 3.
