A surface protection adhesive film is provided to prevent an optical film from being conducted by forming an anti-conduction layer and an adhesive layer formed on both sides of a polyester film. An adhesive layer is formed on one side of the polyester film. An anti-conduction layer and an anti-pollution film are sequentially formed on the other side of the polyester film. Alternatively, a composite layer having both anti-conduction and anti-pollution properties is formed on the other side of the polyester film. The adhesive layer contains an acryl-group polymer having a hydrophilic property and an acryl-group adhesive agent containing anti-conduction agents. The anti-conduction agent is a liquid ion-group anti-conduction agent at a room temperature.
