A harmful gas filtration apparatus is provided to solve problems generated due to a phenomenon that water or mist is condensed while gas is exhausted by substantially lowering the amount of water contained in harmful gas. A harmful gas filtration apparatus comprises a carrier on which microorganisms grow to filter harmful components contained in harmful gas through a biological reaction, a storage tank for storing the carrier, and a gas-liquid separating unit for filtering a liquid component contained in the harmful gas flowing in the storage tank, wherein the gas-liquid separating unit comprises a plurality of waveform members(20) installed in the storage tank in such a shape that the waveform members stand upright in a state that the waveform members are spaced from one another in a predetermined interval, and wherein the waveform members include: guide parts(22) which are formed in a waveform panel shape on which mountains and valleys are repeated to guide a flow of flowing gas into the waveform; and blocking parts(24) which are formed in a plate shape in which the blocking parts are projected from both side faces of the guide parts and curved in the direction opposite to the gas flowing direction to condense mist contained in the gas by partially blocking the gas flow. Further, the harmful gas filtration apparatus additionally contains a water collecting unit for collecting a condensed water separated from the gas.
