The UV detector flow cell comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet separated by a sample flow-through chamber (12) comprising at least one UV-transparent window (22'), wherein each window is made of a polymer material, e.g. polypropylene, and has been subjected to Gamma radiation sterilization, e.g. of at least 10kGy. The flow cell can be combustible and is manufactured by injection, extrusion or co-extrusion moulding. |
