A power generation system is provided to generate electricity by utilizing inertia and weight of cars moving on the road by restricting protrusion on the road without interfering with the car. A power generation system includes a device for absorbing fluctuating energy applied to the device, a power transmission device using levers(2) and links(6) as a primary energy source, a device for compressing air with an air compression cylinder(20) as an auxiliary energy source, and generators(15,15a,15b) connected in parallel to activate number of generators corresponding to the inputted energy level.
