The device (1) has two connecting units (4), and a buoyancy volume (8) provided at the connecting units and/or a carrier (3). The volume produces buoyancy to carry equipments (2) e.g. wind power generator. A lever arm between the connection units is shorter to keep pretension of the connecting units under all expected loads so that a third connecting unit is provided to take compressive and tensile loads. A reference unit (5) is different from seabed, and an artificial structure forms a floating structure together with the device, where the floating structure is formed as semi submersible. |
