A display module and a terminal having the module are provided to be commonly applied to panels having transparent glass sections of different sizes, and to prevent generation of light leakage at a position adjacent to image display areas of the panels, thereby realizing clear image formation. A panel(30) consists of an image display area(P1) formed with an image, and a noise area(P2) composed of a black matrix section(B) colored in black and a transparent glass section which is not colored in black. A back light unit projects light on the panel by being disposed at the back of the panel. A main mold frame(50) supports the back light unit and the panel. A sub-mold frame(60) prevents generation of light leakage toward the panel.
