<p>The present invention easily increases an extrusion speed of strip-shaped member B from a gear pump extruder 21. Unvulcanized rubber K heated by a heater 17 is extruded temporarily as a strip-shaped body Z under the atmospheric pressure, and thereafter, is extruded from the gear pump extruder 21 as the strip-shaped member B, so that a temperature of the strip-shaped member B at the time of extrusion is lowered compared with that in a conventional technology. Here, even when the temperature of the strip-shaped member B is risen up to that in the conventional technology, any problem is not likely to occur, so that it is allowed to speed up, only by a degree corresponding to the above-mentioned difference between the temperatures, an operation speed of the respective heater 17, a pushing means 35, and the gear pump extruder 21, in other words, to rise the extrusion speed in the extruder 21.</p> |
