FIELD: drying installations. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiology, food industry, chemical industry etc. The CSF spray-drier with inert carrier consists of a cylindrical casing incorporating, at least, two tangential nozzles to feed heat carrier housing air nozzles to force a solution into an inert material layer, a central gas duct to remove wasted heat carrier in between the casing surfaces and a perforated grate arranged perpendicular the casing axis above the gas duct edge. The solution to be dried is sprayed by nozzles on the inert material particles to get dried thereon and, then, to be separated there from and drawn by the wasted heat carrier through gas duct out. Note here that a portion of dried solution is fed into the hopper, while the other portion of the said solution particles comes from the gas duct and, via the pipeline, into an acoustic device. The latter features the following dust mean dispersiveness optimum sound treatment, i.e. sound level of 140 dB and higher, oscillatory motion frequency of 900 Hz, flow dust concentration of at least 2 g/m3, sound treatment time of 1.5...2 sec. The sound treatment over, the flow is forced into the cyclone, a sleeve filter with hopper and, then, onto the conveyor. ^ EFFECT: high-efficiency drying. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
