PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive display device (50) capable of preventing a memory card from being drawn out or from being changed in function setting, and allowing easy maintenance work. SOLUTION: The display device comprises a box-shaped casing (1), an opening part (1a) formed in its front side (ZM) and an image display unit (2) internally provided so as to cover the opening part; and further comprises a first engagement part (12) provided on a first side surface and a second engagement part (13) provided on a second side surface in the first side surface (SML) and a second side surface (SMR) opposite to each other, and an opening part (1d) of a card slot (6) or an adjustment operating unit (11) provided on a top surface (JM) or a bottom surface (SM). The first engagement part is engaged with a columnar engaged member (73a) by the movement in the direction along a front side of the device, and the second engagement part is engaged with the columnar engaged member by the movement in the direction orthogonal to the front side thereof.
