The device (1) has a ring (14) made of polyurethane material, and including a traversing orifice (16). An opposite forces applying unit (30) applies opposite forces on end surfaces (24, 26) of the ring to form a deformation such that a cylindrical external wall (28) of the ring is plated in a sealed manner against an internal wall (27) of a sleeve (12), and a wall (29) of the orifice is plated against a lateral external wall (11) of a capillary (10) made of silica. A connecting unit (40) connects ends (41, 42) of the sleeve with a fluid volume (2) and a flow meter (3).
