The present invention provides a Hybrid GA (HGA) in which local optimization operation is performed to only a few individual with lower fitness among a widely distributed large generation in genetic algorithm (GA). Since this HGA shows very strong and wide searching ability even in the multi-dimensional parameter space having strong multi-peaks, the present invention may efficiently determine a great number of structural parameters from a little information included in X-ray diffraction circles. As a result, the present invention may determine a complicated material structure from powder specimen even though it is difficult to make a single crystal, and thus the development of new materials is highly accelerated in the field of medicines or materials, etc.
