A system and a method for controlling indoor temperature are provided to form uniform temperature in a room by discharging air based on a predetermined time division. A system for controlling indoor temperature comprises a temperature sensor(10) of measuring the temperature of several zones of a room, and an air conditioner(20). The air conditioning device includes a wind direction control unit(30), a driving unit(40) driving the wind direction control unit, and a control unit(50). The wind direction control unit allows the air conditioner to discharge air toward the temperature sensor. The controller calculates an air discharge time of the air conditioning device based on the measured temperature, and controls the wind direction control unit so that air is discharged according to a discharge time division based on the calculation result.
