HERMETIC FAR INFRARED RAY CROSSLINKING APPARATUS USING INDUCTION HEATING METHOD

A hermetic cross-linking apparatus using far infrared ray induction heating is provided to easily control temperature of a rubber compound by directly and rapidly heating the rubber compound using a heating member. A hermetic cross-linking apparatus comprises a transfer section(10) having a mesh structure, and a heating section(20) for cross-linking a rubber compound(12). The transfer section transfers the rubber compound disposed on the transfer section. A support rod(50) is coupled to one side of the transfer section. The heating section includes a coating material radiating far infrared ray, a heating member, and an insulating material. A plurality of induction coils are wound around the insulating material. The far infrared ray, which is radiated from the coating material, is infiltrated into the rubber compound.
