A displacement measuring device for checking safety of an inclined structure is provided to facilitate the measurement of the displacement of the inclined structure and to reduce time taken to check the safety. A displacement measuring device includes a horizontal frame(11), a leveler(12), and an insertion part(13). The leveler is provided at the upper portion of the horizontal frame. The insertion part extends from one side of the horizontal frame. The insertion part has a first coupling hole(13a). A vertical frame(15) includes a fitting part(14) having a second coupling hole(14a). A gradient measuring unit(20) has one side coupled to the fitting part of the vertical frame and the other side in contact with the horizontal frame.
