<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an independent operation preventing device capable of detecting an independent operating state appropriately by minimizing the effect of a passive signal on a power system and preventing an interference of a passive signal. <P>SOLUTION: The independent operation preventing device 14 comprises a means 17 for generating a passive signal varying with time and employed for detecting an independent operating state and injecting the passive signal into the output control section of a distributed power supply or a distributed power supply system, a means 16 for acquiring time information, and a means 18 capable of determining the correction time of the passive signal based on the time information acquired by the time information acquiring means wherein the passive signal generating/injecting means 17 is arranged to correct the injection timing of the passive signal at a correction time determined by the correction time determining means 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
