PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin, which contains a compound represented by general formula (1) and has the formulation being improved in stability. SOLUTION: This external preparation for the skin comprises (1) a compound represented by general formula (1) and/or its salt, and (2) one or more compounds selected from compounds each having at least three conjugated double bonds which are liquid at 25°C at 1 atm. Therein, in the general formula (1), R1, R2are each independently a 3-6C alkyl; R3is H, a 1-4C acyl, or a 1-4C alkyl; R4is an aromatic group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
