PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bilayer type nail treatment cosmetic, rapidly emulsified and keeping pseudoemulsifed drops in a uniform state for a definite time when shaking it, not causing cloudiness of the interface after separating into two layers and supplying water content and oil content to the nail and finger tips without impairing sensuousness. SOLUTION: The bilayer type nail treatment cosmetic is obtained by formulating (a) a liquid oil with (b) an aqueous component and (c) an ester of isostearic acid and polyglycerol having an HLB of 2-4.
