PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which inhibits the expansion of hair under high humidity. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic selected from a hair rinse, a hair treatment and a hair conditioner comprises (A) a copolymer containing (meth)acrylic acid and a dialkyl diallyl ammonium salt as constituting units, and (B) a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester.
