摘要 A water-culture method and the apparatus are provided to allow hydroponic vegetables to absorb the nitrogen and phosphorus unremoved in a secondary treatment process for removing organic matters from a lake, a reservoir, or a dam, and to prevent water pollution by returning the water purified by the hydroponic vegetables to the lake. A water-culture method comprises the steps of: (i) installing a floating gravel-packed contact oxidation facility (in series, parallel, or series-parallel combination) at the water surface of a lake, a reservoir, or a dam; (ii) connecting an underwater beam(20) of a river(10) with the front of a gravel-packed contact oxidation tank body(100) through an aqueduct(130), or installing an underwater pump in the water of a lake, a reservoir, or a dam; (iii) connecting the rear of the contact oxidation tank body to an artificial field(200) through a connecting pipe(140); and (iv) treating the water to an agricultural water quality standard without the supply of power, and then supplying the treated water to hydroponic vegetables(220). The floating gravel-packed contact oxidation facility has its own buoyancy, or is floated by attaching a float(110) to the outside of the contact oxidation tank body. A method for filling filter media in the floating gravel-packed contact oxidation facility comprises the step of: (a) placing plural filter media containers(120) at fixed distances in the contact oxidation tank body, and packing filter media in the filter media containers to allow inflow water to flow horizontally; or (b) stacking the filter media containers, or filling the contact oxidation tank body with only the filter media to allow inflow water to flow upward. The contact oxidation tank body and the body of the artificial field are made by attaching waterproof cloth to a steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, PVC sheet, Styrofoam, or frame. The filter media containers are made by attaching a stainless net, stainless steel perforated sheet, or synthetic fiber net to a frame. The filter media are made of lightweight aggregate, crushed basalt, etc.
