FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention deals with engineering industry and may be used at grind finishing automation. Grinding mode control is performed by traverse feed switching in the function of current excess metal controlled by main path of control system. Excess metal is defined for part sparking-out at post operation control stage performed on the basis of statistical estimations of part size average value and peak-to-peak value of parts small production controlled by subsidiary system path. At post operation control stage there is part surface roughness control. The deviation of this value from the specified one defines grinding imbalance moment and moment of statistical estimation of part size average value. Current excess sensor of main path is connected to active control device input, the output of control device is connected to grinding support and local computer network. Part size control sensor of subsidiary path is connected to input of part size post operation control device, the output of this device is connected to local computer network. In subsidiary path there is roughness control sensor connected to roughness post operation control device input, the output of this device is connected to local computer network connected with computer. ^ EFFECT: provision of grinding control optimisation by production and treatment quality criteria. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
