MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL-MEDIATED AUTOLOGOUS DENDRITIC CELLS WITH INCREASED IMMUNOSUPPRESSION

A method for preparing mesenchymal stem cells-mediated autologous dendritic cells is provided to obtain the cells with excellent immunosuppression capability and no side effect of tumorigenicity, thereby the obtained cells being used for treating various diseases such as autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes or atopy, inflammatory diseases, and transplant rejection. A method for preparing mesenchymal stem cells-mediated autologous dendritic cells with increased immunosuppression capability comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining dentritic cells; (b) obtaining mesenchymal stem cells; (c) co-culturing the mesenchymal stem cells and the dendritic cells for 0.1-200 hours; and (d) isolating dendritic cells with increased immunosuppression capability from a co-culture material. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing immunoreaction comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of the mesenchymal stem cells-mediated autologous dendritic cells and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Further, the mesenchymal stem cells are syngeneic cell, allogeneic or xenogeneic cell as respects the dentritic cells.
