CROSSING BAR BREAKAGE PREVENTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing bar breakage preventer capable of preventing a key attached to the clamp device thereof from being removed. SOLUTION: A toggle clamp 13 is attached to a holder 7 holding a crossing bar. The toggle clamp 13 comprises a shackle 39 having a shackle pin 38 inserted into the key hole of the toggle clamp. The shackle 39 is engaged with a hole 40 formed in the toggle clamp 13. Since the shackle 39 engaged with the hole 40 is hard to be extracted, the shackle 39 can be prevented from being stolen.
